Who we are
Starforce Business Solutions Inc. (SBSi) is a company based in Woodbridge, Virginia. We serve people with disabilities, families, schools, employers, and public agencies in Alexandria City, Arlington, Fairfax, Fairfax City, Fauquier, Loudoun, Madison, Orange, Prince William, and Rappahannock.
Our team brings more than a decade of combined experience in workforce development, vocational rehabilitation, business consultation, and language services. We provide person-centered employment support so that people with and without disabilities can reach competitive, integrated jobs: real jobs, at fair pay, alongside everyone else.
Our employment services follow best practices and the principles of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), with a focus on independence, dignity, and long-term success at work.
