Our main work is helping people with disabilities find jobs and keep them. We also help employers, agencies, and organizations with consulting, language access, contracts, and outreach.

Employment support
Each service starts with the person: their goals, strengths, and the support they need to succeed at work.
For adults with disabilities, and the agencies that fund their services
We work one-on-one with adults with disabilities, from career planning through the first months on the job and beyond. We also deliver supported employment programs for government agencies and rehabilitation providers.
For students with disabilities, their families, and schools
Pre-ETS stands for Pre-Employment Transition Services. We work with students, families, school districts, and transition teams to explore careers, build work skills, and plan a personal path to a job.
For people living with mental health conditions or substance use disorders
We offer specialized employment services for people with mental health conditions and substance use disorders, with recovery-oriented career planning that fits alongside treatment and support.
For people who are Deaf, DeafBlind, or hard of hearing, and their employers
We provide culturally competent and accessible employment services for people who are Deaf, DeafBlind, or hard of hearing, and help employers create welcoming, accessible workplaces.
For autistic people and anyone who benefits from a job built around them
We specialize in vocational support for people on the autism spectrum. Customized employment starts with a person's talents and support needs, then works with an employer to shape a role that fits.
Through our older adult employment programming, we help people aged 55 and older with paid training, job placement, and the support services that make working possible.
