We work one-on-one with adults with disabilities, from career planning through the first months on the job and beyond. We also deliver supported employment programs for government agencies and rehabilitation providers.

Adults with disabilities who want a competitive job in the community and may need support to get it and keep it. Family members and supporters are welcome to be part of the process.

What support is available
Support is shaped around each person. Most people move through these stages, at their own pace.
1. Career planning
We look at job readiness with you and build a career plan around your strengths, interests, and goals.
2. Job development and placement
We connect with local employers to find, or help shape, roles that fit your plan. Then we help with applications and interviews.
3. On-the-job coaching
A job coach supports you at work while you learn tasks, build routines, and get to know your team.
4. Long-term follow-along
Once you're settled, we keep checking in and step in when something changes, such as a new manager, schedule, or duties.
Terms you may hear
Full glossary in Resources- CIE
- Competitive Integrated Employment. A job in a typical workplace, paid at least minimum wage and the same as coworkers, alongside people without disabilities.
- LTESS
- Long-Term Employment Support Services. Ongoing support that helps people keep their jobs over time.
- EES
- Extended Employment Services. Continued support for people who need help at work beyond the first months.
- WIOA
- Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The federal law that sets standards for public workforce and vocational rehabilitation programs.
